Shibari workshop Emotional Floorwork & Body Manipulation
You will learn how to establish an emotional connection with your partner during a shibari session.
We will take as basis a two-rope takate-kote (chest harness) which is suitable for rope play on the floor. Then we’ll extend it with some improvised variations and a leg binder. As part of the course, we'll take time to practice body manipulation and explore the ways to keep emotional flow with the partner during the session.
As usual we start with the technique: we try it out together and familiarize ourselves with it to some extent. Then we go further to the emotional level as the next step!
Afterwards, each couple takes time to practice and ask questions.
Level: all, including beginners.
It would be helpful for you to know shibari basics: consent, safety aspects, essential knots, rope handling at bare minimum. Active partner should be able to tie hands using single or double column tie — it's possible to learn it at the beginning of the course though.

Important information
This workshop is only for couples! The ticket price is per couple.
Duration: 4.5 hours including breaks.
Language: English and German — mixed or one of the languages, depending on the group.
Number of participants: There will be 5 couples at maximum. If I have less than 3 couples registered a week before start, the workshop may be cancelled.
Bring at least three standard 7-8-meter-long shibari ropes if you have them. You can buy the ropes at my studio before the workshop as well — 25 CHF per piece of the high-quality jute rope.
