Shibari Workshop Intimate Tying & Body Manipulation
Deep dive into the intimate world of shibari!
You need skills to build trust as basis for the session. Reading body signals and confident body manipulation is the key! It gives you the ability to anticipate the partner's wishes, provides ease and movement in one flow. When your partner feels your strength, confidence and attention to details, trust is created!
We'll take time to practice body manipulation/handling and explore the ways to keep emotional flow with the partner during the session. We will pay a lot of attention to the aspects which have less to do with the rope itself: position, movements, touch, putting accents during tying, transmitting intention, using non-verbal body language.
Afterwards, each couple takes time to practice and ask questions.
Level: all, including beginners.
It would be helpful for you to know shibari basics: consent, safety aspects, essential knots, rope handling at bare minimum. Active partner should be able to tie hands using single or double column tie. It's possible to refresh the knowledge at the beginning of the course.

Additional information
This workshop is for couples. Max. 5 couples. If less than 3 have registered, the workshop may be cancelled.
Language: English and German — mixed or one of the languages, depending on the group.
Bring 3-5 standard 7-8-meter-long shibari ropes. You can buy the ropes at my studio — 25 CHF per piece of the high-quality jute rope.
